          You're travelling and there is nothing to eat, all restaurants are closed. You finished all your sandwiches. Well, there is no option for you except fast food! It is a part of each family's delectable meal plan.

            Fast food are loved by  all people. It is very popular now a days. Firstly, it's popular since it's not expensive and it can easily be delivered in a minute. Also, it makes people joyful and relaxed when they eat it. Absolutely, it's smell increases the taste sense. Fast food swept the nation from it's incredible recipes. That's about 84.8 million adults that eat fast food not including children! It is more appetizing for it's saltiness and some sugariness. In fact, it has lots kinds of sandwiches with it's delectable drinks which attracts people to buy it. Lastly but not least, it can also be dangerous.



Fast food: Is It Safe Or Not?


            Fast food can harm us by eating it a lot. Firstly, it's very dangerous for our heart, liver and blood vessels since it contains high calories and fats. Moreover, it increases the level of blood cholesterol which cause obesity, atherosclerosis and other side effects. There is about 678000 deaths each year  because of fast food. In addition, it contains lots of delectable sugar and it contains high sodium salt which can cause hyper tension and diabetes. On the other hand, there are some solutions for it's peril.




Are There Any Solutions?
          
            Despite the dangers of fast food, there are solutions. To begin with, some restaurants that are trying to make solutions such as tender greens, protein bar and veggie grill.   These restaurants are trying to add  less sugar, less calories and making fresh juices instead of cola. Also, they can put in the menu other options like salads and fruits. However, also people should take care of eating fast food, not only restaurants. People should take care of themselves by thinking different about fast food, eating protein, eating fruits and of course do not eat fast food a lot. On the other hand, you can make fast food at home, it can be healthier, See, there are solutions for fast food. 



               In a nutshell, fast food some times is the only option in front of you. However, it's  dangerous and causes many health problems. People are trying to solve that problem so that people don't stop buying it. Who knows if people will stop eating fast food or not!
